What you can do
- Reply publicly to reviews — thank happy customers and address concerns.
- Keep your profile accurate: logo, website, phone number, address and description.
- Flag reviews you believe break our guidelines for our team to check.
- Show customers you are listening and that you take feedback seriously.
How to claim your business
- Create an account using your work email address.
- Find your business on Vookamba (or add it if it is not listed).
- Click “Claim this business” and tell us your role.
- We verify the request — usually within a few business days — and then you can manage the profile.
The ground rules
We want Vookamba to be fair to businesses and useful to consumers. That means:
- You cannot edit, hide or delete genuine reviews, and neither can we on your behalf.
- Do not offer customers money, discounts or gifts in exchange for positive reviews.
- Do not write reviews of your own business, or ask staff, friends or family to do so.
- Keep replies professional. Never share a customer’s personal information in a public reply.
Serious or repeated breaches may lead to a warning being shown on your profile or the loss of your claimed status.
