Vookamba is Zambia’s independent consumer review platform — reviews you can trust.
Why we exist
Every day, Zambians spend money with banks, mobile networks, online shops, insurers, hospitals, schools and hundreds of other businesses. Yet it is often hard to know, before you commit, whether a company treats its customers well.
Vookamba gives people a place to share honest experiences — good and bad — and to read what others have said. Businesses that serve customers well get recognised. Those that don’t get useful, public feedback and a chance to respond and improve.
What makes Vookamba different
- Built for Zambia. Categories, businesses and examples that reflect the market you actually use.
- Open to everyone. Anyone can read reviews for free. Anyone with a genuine experience can write one.
- Checked by people. Every review is screened against our guidelines before it appears.
- Fair to businesses. Companies can claim their profile for free and reply to reviews in public.
- Independent. We are not owned by, or affiliated with, the businesses listed on the platform.
How we make money
Vookamba is free for consumers and free for businesses to claim their profile and respond to reviews. In future we may offer optional paid tools for businesses (such as analytics and review invitations). Paying for those tools will never allow a business to edit, hide or delete genuine reviews.
