Generally a positive experience. The product works well and pricing is fair. Only issue was a bit of a queue in the branch.

Nothing special either way. It does the job. Communication could be clearer about fees and timelines.

Have used them for over a year now with no problems. The app is easy to use and customer care actually responds.

The service itself is fine but getting help when something goes wrong is frustrating. Spent a long time on the phone and got passed around.
