Have used them for over a year now with no problems. The app is easy to use and customer care actually responds.

Repeated problems that were never properly resolved. Ended up switching to a competitor.

Reliable for the most part and reasonably priced. A few outages this year but they were communicated in advance.

Everything was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. Sorted my issue on the first visit and followed up by SMS. Would recommend.
